Track Day Workshop

Due to popular demand, PR Technology will again be holding an intensive driving instruction workshop at Wakefield Park.

This will take place on Monday 25th November 2013.

We will be meeting for dinner at the Fireside Inn Goulburn on Sunday evening, staying at Trappers Inn, then driving to Wakefield Park in the morning.
The aim of this day is to have a low number of drivers per instructor, and to concentrate on improving driving technique & lap times at Wakefield Park.
To achieve this we are limiting numbers to 15 drivers with three instructors.
David Wall, Barton Mawer & Ben Porter are confirmed as our instructors for the event.
We will be starting the day with a track walk, then sessions with instructors for the rest of the day.

We will have exclusive use of the circuit. The cafe will be open, mechanics and an ambulance will be in attendance.
The cost of this will be $590 per driver. Cars may be shared between drivers.

If you would like to attend this driving workshop and/ or join us for dinner, please contact us to reserve your place soon.

  2. Thanks to you & Richard for organising the Driving Instruction Workshop.

I came away from the last tarmac rally (Targa High Country) with a need to modify my braking technique on stages with many tight corners. Working with Dave & Bart (both whom I’ve had as instructors before) I was able to more clearly understand where I was going wrong and also discovered that part of my problem was my choice of pad compound.

By the end of the day, I had modified my technique to overcome the problem.

Please put me down for the next Workshop – for less than the cost of one tyre the Workshop provides a great opportunity to improve your technique working with excellent instructors.
